ACC process and information
Any exterior home project (visible from the street) requires the approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Willow Park has requirements for fencing and roofing projects:

When you are ready to submit a request:Â
ACC requests will be screened in the order received. Please allow sufficient time for approval (approx. 7-10 days).
Preferred submission method:Submit electronic requests to the ACC with all necessary documentation:accwillowparkhoa@gmail.com

- Use the provided ACC request form (pdf).
- Click the form link, DOWNLOAD a personal copy, and complete the fillable form with all relevant information.
- If you choose to hand-write the form, please write legibly and then SCAN the form and save a .pdf copy before emailing your submission.
