Any exterior home project requires the approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Willow Park has requirements for fence and roof projects:
*UPDATE: discontinued fence stain #5414D Asteroid Behr stain solid house and fence: Cape Cod Grey SC-365Sold at Home Depot (Lowe's can match if name and number are provided)

When you are ready to submit a request:
Allow sufficient time for approval once your request is received (approx. 5-7 days).

- Click the form link, DOWNLOAD a personal copy, and complete the fillable form with all relevant information.
- If you choose to hand-write the form, please write legibly and then SCAN the form and save a .pdf copy before emailing your submission.
