Covenants

The Covenants are divided into 4 sections:

Rainier Shadows (77 lots) – Encompasses houses in 127 Way SE from the Willow Park entrance to, and including, houses 12719 and 12712.  Rainier Shadows also includes houses in SE 306 Ct (via 127 Pl SE) and SE 306 St.

Rainier Shadows 2 Phase I (46 lots) - Encompasses houses in 128 Place SE and SE 306 Pl.

Rainier Shadows 2 Phase II (39 lots) – Encompasses houses in SE 307 Pl beginning with 128 Pl SE and continuing to 130 Av SE.  Phase II also includes SE 308 Pl, SE 309 Pl, and 130 Av SE.

Hagadorn Park (40 lots) – Encompasses houses in SE 305 Pl, SE 305 Ct, and SE 306 Ct (via 130 Av SE).
